Quesada Wellbeing Centre offers a range of fitness alternatives to suit any age and any ability. no matter what your level of fitness. The Wellbeing Centre's Toning Tables offer a safe and supported way to exercise and tone your body. They are approved by both the Heart and Stroke associations. The degree of exercise on the toning tables can be increased depending on your ability and physical condition.
