From flabby to fabulous in only 12 weeks.
My name is Ann Brown and a little while ago I was feeling fat, frumpy and fed up.I was pessimistic, gloomy and not enjoying my life. By the time I'd finished the 12 Week Weightloss Challenge I was fit, feeling sexy, looking good and most importantly, I was happy! Losing the weight was just part of the story. The one to one attention that I received during the challenge focused on my attitude to life as well as to food. My whole outlook has changed thanks to the things that I learned and the positive thoughts that I now think have transformed my life. Costa Blanca based Viva TV have made a series of programmes which chart my journey and these can be seen by Torresat subscribers on Wednesday evenings at 6.15pm from 20th January 2010. The 12 week Weightloss Challenge was launched in November 2008. Since then, people have signed up for one to one guidance and support on the road to a better life. Only 12 weeks to change your life for the better, it's that easy. Let us show you how. The concept of the 12 Week Weightloss Challenge is to show that within a relatively short space of time you can see and feel a real difference in yourself, your vitality, your energy and your lifestyle. There is NO DIET, nothing is forbidden and nothing is a sin.
The choices we have made up to now have got us to where we are at this minute. Making changes to those choices will give you a different outcome. One to one support and guidance on nutrition, as well as combining better choices will make your 12 week journey a memorable one.
Body Fat issues and illnesses are the 21st century plague. Each inch of fat we combat, the better our lives become. This often has a knock on, positive effect to those around us too. The assessment for the 12 Week Challenge is indepth and includes both BMI and Body Fat Analysis. This gives you a clear indication of your starting point.
