There is NO DIET, nothing is forbidden and nothing is a sin.
The choices we have made up to now have got us to where we are at this minute. Making changes to those choices will give you a different outcome. One to one support and guidance on nutrition, as well as combining better choices will make your 12 week journey a memorable one.
Body Fat issues and illnesses are the 21st century plague. Each inch of fat we combat, the better our lives become. This often has a knock on, positive effect to those around us too.
