Dreams Do Come True

linda sageThe Quesada Wellbeing Centre is a  haven catering for every conceivable wellness need whether for mind, body or soul. The premises comprise of treatment rooms, fitness room and hair and beauty rooms. How different from 2 short years ago when all of this was just a dream.

My name is Linda Sage and my dream began when I turned my life around with the Herbalife Weight Management System. Before Herbalife, after many years of yo-yo dieting, I ballooned up to 18.5 stone. I was always tired and out of breath, with little energy to perform even the simplest of tasks. I was also sleeping very badly. Since taking the products its amazing how my life has changed. I have lost a total of 5.5 stones (70lbs) and dropped 5 dress sizes. I have not looked back. I feel full of energy and much healthier than I have felt in years. Friends and acquaintances obviously noticed the change and this led to me becoming a Herbalife consultant in order to help them with their weight and health issues.

Rae Daniel

rae_danielHaving worked in retail for over 20 years I wanted to change direction in my career and develop a skill that would lead me to start my own business and provide a better work life balance. Having always believed that I have gifted hands and a desire to help others, some twists of fate led me to discover Reflexology. After experiencing my first treatment from a skilled practitioner, I knew I had to learn more about this ancient healing art. I passed my practitioners certificate after 1 year of training at the East London School of Reflexology in 2002. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and have continued to attend courses gaining further knowledge and experience. Between 2002 & 2005 I established a clinic in the House of Fraser on Oxford Street, took reflexology to the work place in IKEA & HHC Red Cell and was a guest on the London based radio station, LBC 97.3 discussing stress and the benefits of reflexology. I am also trained and qualified in Indian Head Massage giving my clients the choice of two therapies to best help with their needs. I am experienced at treating conditions such as sciatica, IBS and pre/post IVF.
