Dreams Do Come True

linda sageThe Quesada Wellbeing Centre is a purpose built haven catering for every conceivable wellness need whether for mind, body or soul. The premises are brand new and comprise several hundred square metres of treatment rooms, fitness room and hair and beauty rooms. How different from 2 short years ago when all of this was just a dream.

My name is Linda Sage and my dream began when I turned my life around with the Herbalife Weight Management System. Before Herbalife, after many years of yo-yo dieting, I ballooned up to 18.5 stone. I was always tired and out of breath, with little energy to perform even the simplest of tasks. I was also sleeping very badly. Since taking the products its amazing how my life has changed. I have lost a total of 5.5 stones (70lbs) and dropped 5 dress sizes. I have not looked back. I feel full of energy and much healthier than I have felt in years. Friends and acquaintances obviously noticed the change and this led to me becoming a Herbalife consultant in order to help them with their weight and health issues.

Christine Chambers

Christine is The Centre's very own real life Shirley Valentine. A simple holiday to Spain 4 years ago saw Christine meeting the man who was to become her new husband and so she just never went back again!

Christine is highly experienced having left school at the age of 15 and going straight in to a salon in Rugby. Three years later she had completed her apprenticeship and gained her City & Guilds qualifications in hairdressing.  Christine stayed with this very successful salon for many years. Well aware of the need to keep her skills honed and up to date, Christine continued to develop and extend her knowledge.

Since that life changing holiday, Christine has cultivated a busy mobile hairdressing business. She recently joined the team at The Centre and brings to us her invaluable expertise in colouring, perming and cutting.  She is looking forward to lending her support to the training of new apprentices in the near future.

Rae Daniel

rae_danielHaving worked in retail for over 20 years I wanted to change direction in my career and develop a skill that would lead me to start my own business and provide a better work life balance. Having always believed that I have gifted hands and a desire to help others, some twists of fate led me to discover Reflexology. After experiencing my first treatment from a skilled practitioner, I knew I had to learn more about this ancient healing art. I passed my practitioners certificate after 1 year of training at the East London School of Reflexology in 2002. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists and have continued to attend courses gaining further knowledge and experience. Between 2002 & 2005 I established a clinic in the House of Fraser on Oxford Street, took reflexology to the work place in IKEA & HHC Red Cell and was a guest on the London based radio station, LBC 97.3 discussing stress and the benefits of reflexology. I am also trained and qualified in Indian Head Massage giving my clients the choice of two therapies to best help with their needs. I am experienced at treating conditions such as sciatica, IBS and pre/post IVF.
