The Wellbeing Centre's Toning Tables offer a safe and supported way to exercise and tone your body. They are approved by both  the Heart and Stroke associations. The degree of exercise on the toning tables can be increased depending on  your ability and physical condition. This can then lead on to another form of exercise available at The Quesada Wellbeing Centre, namely pilates. Pilates is a highly conditioning form of exercise where the weight of the body is fully supported therefore ensuring complete safety. Pilates works the muscles at the core of your body, giving you unparalleled inner strength. There is also a highly qualified Personal Trainer on hand should you wish to exercise on a one to one basis. Your Personal Trainer will tailor make an exercise plan to suit your level of ability and fitness. Your level of fitness will show a dramatic improvement in a very short space of time with one to one personal training.
