Order
We request information from the user on our order forms. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address). This information is used only for billing purposes and to fill customer’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used to get in touch with the customer.


Sharing
We will never share any of your personal information with any groups, companies or individuals. We do not sell your information for mailing list use or other unsolicited materials.

Our web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our website so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken by Quesada Wellbeing Centre but before the package is shipped,  Quesada Wellbeing Centre will refund the total order amount less 5% processing fee. If the order is cancelled after the package is shipped, Quesada Wellbeing Centre will NOT refund the order UNLESS it is returned to us within 30 days of receiving your purchase, provided all items inside the package stay in good condition.   Once the package is shipped,  Shipping/Handling is non-refundable. All refunds will be issued via PayPal minus any handling charges imposed by Paypal. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.  Return processing may take up to a maximum of 14 business days.  Items that are not returned in their original packaging, or are damaged/lost on the way back to us will not be refunded. It is buyer's sole responsibility to insure the package for any damage or loss upon returning, as well as the return postage.
