Within the Centre we can offer an exercise regime for all ages and abilities including Stroke Survivors and any person with muscle reducing infirmities. Our range of 7 toning beds, which fully support your body weight are an ideal aid to your ongoing recovery. Both the speed and the resistance used can be varied to ensure a substantial workout.

Personal training offers a totally personal programme for fast and effective results. Depending on your ability, the classes will run from 30minutes to an hour. Classes for Basic and Advanced levels of fitness offer a group environment. These classes also encompass weight training, cardiovascular, boxing, muscle toning and self defence. You are monitored and encouraged every step of the way.

Pilates offers a slower but highly effective form of exercise. Development of the core muscles and attention to correct posture and breathing enhances your appearance, confidence and self-esteem.

 

Toning Tables

Seven beds to exercise and strengthen each muscle group of the body. The full support enables all ages and abilities to exercise in a safe and secure environment.

   

Personal Trainer

Offers a dedicated one to one training programme for the fastest and most dynamic results.Sessions can be 30 or 60 mins depending on the physical ability of each client.  A physical assessment is always carried out prior to the commencement of any training programme being undertaken

   

Training and Self Defence Techniques

Level 1 - Stop/Start/Recover/Continue Exercise

A group environment for 1 hour for those who are at a low/basic level of fitness. Especially designed for people who have not trained or maintained a healthy lifestyle for 3 months or more.
